Each of us has a path in life that gives us satisfaction and joy as well as an impact on others.  We all have the ability to make the world we live in just a little better each and every day.  Sometimes the smallest things we do can affect others.  An act of kindness a kind word or maybe just maybe sharing a hug will make a difference to someone else.

Regardless of religious beliefs, those left behind are not going to join us.  It is their time to deal with the same emotions that plague us now.  The separation from those we love.  The pain of a loss of a loved one regardless of how the loss occurs can bring us to our knees.  Dealing with these emotions requires strength of spirit, faith and emotivation.

Good days and bad days are how you respond to others but you know that they are all bad days.

So how can you become emotivated?  Express yourself.  I have found my release through projects.  Writing has allowed me to put my feeling down and realize that it is OK to feel this way.  It is OK to cry. It is OK to have these terrible thoughts and dreams and feelings. Feelings!  That is the key.  They are feelings not reality.  No matter how terrible these feelings are all inside of you.  Everyone else is going about their daily routine while you are having all of these feelings.

Take time each day to deal with them.

Make the time to pray and cry and then get on with the menial tasks of the day.  Push those useless thoughts of doom and gloom to the side.  Focus on what you want to do with the rest of your life.  Focus on what you have to do to get through tomorrow.

Life is too short to let it casually slip past you. Believe in yourself and show the world that you make a difference.  Join an organization, volunteer to help others less fortunate than yourself. There organizations for everyone.  Religious organizations help point you in the right direction but may not be the right place for your particular calling. Organizations that help others include local, state, national, and global causes.

Focus on health, faith, love and your desires.  Bring yourself back to a time when you were happy not because of someone else but because you believed in your future.  Join me in a world of emotivation.
