What is emotivation?

Emotivation is a term branded by Ken Esrig that describes how using the power of emotions will motivate and drive ambition.

Emotions are extremely powerful especially in the business world. Because we are conditioned to suppress our feelings in the workplace, we have become professional undertakers who know so well how to bury toxic emotional waste deep within our heads and in our hearts. These extremely powerful emotions will eventually leak out.

Ken Esrig

Ken Esrig is Genral Partner/CEO of Delray MRI

Delray MRI was established in 1988.  Ken joined the organization as a consultant/employee from 1991-1995.  In 2000 he purchased 50% of the business and became the managing General Partner/CEO.

Under Ken's guidance Delray MRI increased jobs from 16 to 25 a 56% increase and payroll is now over $1 million dollars per year!  Volume (scans) increased 43% over a one year period. In 2002, 4,437 scans were performed and 6,361 scans were performed in 2003.  Gross Revenues increased from $3,410,000 in 2002 to $4,116,000 in 2003, a 22% increase. 

This is three years of extraordinary sustained growth and volume numbers are continually broken on a monthly basis. This year has already surpassed last year by similar margins.

$2.6 million dollars expansion brings new inovation to Delray MRI:

• AMR Ambulance Services office into the facility including a dedicated Ambulance Entrance. 
• Patients can rest assured that now we have full time staff of paramedics and EMT’s onsite. 
• The hospital now provides our nursing coverage with critical care nurses onsite at Delray MRI. 
• In cooperation with the hospital we also have a new cardiac monitoring system. 
• Other services include a brand new Philips Intera High Field Magnet, the only machine that boasts a heart program that can eliminate cardiac catheterizations. 
• New SENSE software system giving Delray MRI the finest technology in the world.
• Delray MRI established a pediatric program that has not been available in the past combining Delray to specialists at West Boca Medical Center.
• Delray MRI has gone film less!  By purchasing Siemen’s new digital 3D archiving system physicians in Delray or anywhere in the world, can have immediate access to MRI studies using the latest digital technology even while the patient is still in the scanner.
• Delray MRI has a remote workstation in Delray Hospital allowing radiologists and surgeons direct links with Delray MRI. Direct fiber optic cables run across campus so that Delray MRI has become completely integrated with the hospital.
